Some time ago, my battery does not work for my psp so I had an external force that can be used with an AC adapter and crazy, since the 08 must be updated to use, but will not let me because you must have a charged battery, if you really help or advice on how to plz updatte

Unfortunetaly no power supply, only the battery charges, it has the power to recharge the device itself, the battery, so you can use the syater.

Sorry, you can not. Why not a battery, take it to the store and say that they do not charge it.
Make store it at a Best Buy. lol!
